Does my audience need to install anything?
No. Scanning the QR opens a normal web page. There is nothing to download and nothing to sign up for — participants join anonymously by default.
What happens if the venue Wi-Fi is bad?
Rooms are built for mobile data and congested venue networks. The join page is a few kilobytes, answers are sent as tiny payloads, and a phone that drops off rejoins automatically without losing its place in the round.
How many people can join one room?
Fifty on the free plan, 2,000 on Host and up to 25,000 on Venue. Above that we will size a dedicated room with you.
Can I run it inside my slides or my stream?
Yes. There is a slides add-in for Keynote, PowerPoint and Google Slides, and a browser-source overlay for OBS and vMix that reads live results straight from the room.
Who owns the responses?
You do. Export everything as CSV or push it to a webhook the moment a room closes. We do not sell or share room data, and you can delete a room and its responses at any time.
Can I brand the join screen?
On Host and Venue, yes — your logo, your colours, and on Venue your own domain for the join link, so the audience never sees ours.
